Amazing customer service from Kiehl's. The staff at this location were super accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. Shout out to Angela for taking the time to listen to my skin concerns, utilizing the Dermareader tool and explaining the various current skin issues it highlighted, as well as coming up with a thorough and comprehensive skin care product routine for me to use. After informing her that I wanted to use up my current products before switching over and doing a full Kiehl's lineup, she was very understanding and made sure to create a profile so I could save the products she recommended for future reference, and also sent a few samples of these products to try at home. Will be coming back again very soon! 🙏

I was at this location a couple of weeks ago and had a phenomenal experience with Ashley’s help. I’ve been struggling with problem skin for almost a decade and have never previously found a solution. A month ago, I tried some Kiehl’s products for the first time with help from an associate at a different location. The products felt good but I could feel that there was something off about the routine I was using. I went to Kiehls @ Eaton Centre after moving across the country for school to repurchase some items and to ask for advice. I’m so grateful to have had the chance to speak with Ashley- she listened to all my concerns, thoroughly explained some essential aspects of skincare (like combination of products, order of application, effects of ingredients, and the purpose of each product), answered all of my anal questions, and gave me lots of personal advice and recommendations. She really spent the time to try to understand the causes of my problems and how they could be treated. She never made me feel rushed or like she was trying to push product. The routine I’m using now, following Ashley’s advice, is the best one I’ve tried. My skin no longer feels irritated or angry and seems to be healing. I’m very grateful for all the time that Ashley took to help me and will be continuing to use Kiehl’s products.

Okay HEAR ME OUT: getting a skincare analysis at this Kiehl’s location is like finally reading the manual for your skin! Mali and Hector were amazing, super knowledgeable, super kind! Everyone’s skin is different, so this kind of one-on-one session is actually super helpful to figure out what your face really needs. 10/10!

10/10 skin consultation with Rosie! She was so thorough with the details and helped to simplify terms so I truly understand what's going on with my skin :) Olivia was also so nice to speak with at the store and I'd recommend the skin consult ESPECIALLY with Rosie.
